Midnight Chaos

So we had a little excitement last night. We've been running a humidifier in Devin & Connor's room for the past several months since Connor has been sick. Well, last night, around midnight, the steam from the humidifier set off our smoke detector. YIKES! Of course, all our smoke detectors are connected, so it didn't just set off one . . . but every one in the entire house. Shaylee came flying upstairs, Devin woke up groggy, and Aspen started to bawl. Connor is the only one who slept peacefully through the entire saga only to wake up inconsolable an hour later. Ahh, the excitement.
